The Belgrave Gallery launched their Summer modernist exhibition on a balmy Saturday evening in St Ives. Highlights of the show in the main gallery include three large oil paintings by relative unknown Patrick Dolan who lived and worked in St Ives in the post-war period, and eight early drawings by Patrick Hayman. Across the road are a collection of luminous contemporary abstracts by Amanda Wallwork, inspired by the archeology of the Tinner's Way.
