Jonathan Michael Ray: “There is nothing whatever do not look like what it was since I can remember”

Porthmeor Studios, St Ives  20/11/18 - 01/12/18

Jonathan Michael Ray moved to St Just, Cornwall in May 2018, and is now half way through a one year residency at Porthmeor Studios. The title of the show is taken from a letter written in 1935 by Alfred Wallis to a friend: “what i do mosly is what use to bee out of my own memery what we may never see again as thing are altered altogether there is nothin what ever do not look like what it was sence i can rember”
